What are the Check-in and Check-Out timings?
Check-in is after 02:00 pm(14:00 hrs), check-out is before 12 Noon.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
The rooms, corridors and general areas within the property are strictly non-smoking. Smoke detectors are installed in all areas. Designated smoking areas are available within the property.
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Room Service is not available.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, We have a swimming pool in the upper basement level. However, there are no life guards for the pool. Swimming pool timings are from 06:00am(06:00 hrs) to 09:00pm(21:00 hrs)
How do I get to the hotel?

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
In this situation, you would have to contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a per night rental fee for all rollaway beds.
Is my ID required at check in?
We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
All major credit cards, Debit Cards, UPI Payments, Account Transfers via NEFT/RTGS are accepted.
Are there any meals included in the stay rate?
No. Food is not included in the room rates.
